Shipping

Orders totaling more than EGP 50k in Egypt will receive free standard shipping. For international shipments, the shipping rates will be determined by FedEx based on the weight of the order and the destination at the time of checkout.

We currently ship to the following locations: Delta, South of Egypt, Red Sea, Oasis, Alexandria, and the North Coast. If you want to place an order from another country, please contact us here.

Please note the following details:
- Orders are typically shipped within 2 business weeks.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duties, and taxes upon delivery.
- We are not responsible for any orders that are lost or damaged during transit

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

OUR PRODUCT GUARANTEE

We offer a 1-year* limited warranty to repair or replace any defective products from the original date of purchase. The warranty is valid for the original purchaser. It does not cover any issues due to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or loss.

The warranty is a one-year guarantee against defects in material or workmanship


What’s NOT covered by our warranty

Normal wear and tear
Any damage or malfunction in the product subjected to misuse, abnormal handling or impact, exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity
Any damage or malfunction in the product caused by unauthorized repairs, or attempted repairs performed by anyone other than ChopValue
Improper assembly or disassembly
Any modification to the product
Any use that goes against manufacturer recommendations
